Most of us as we grow up we are taught to be kind, nice, and to not brag. To let the quality of our work speak for itself. Especially women learn that “well behaved girls are seen but not heard” and we should “wait for our turn.” When we enter the workforce we realize it’s the exact opposite. We have to be able to tell them what we can do before we have the chance to do it. Most of us fail miserably at it, because it’s not exactly a skill we learned.
As a result so many of us struggle to reconcile how to talk about ourselves and somehow juggle what we have been programmed to not say and what we should say. Add to that the constant onslaught of bad marketing messages de-sensitizing us to pitching in general most of us are just lost when it comes to self promotion. You will gain a deeper understanding of what you want to achieve and begin to map out your path to success in business and beyond.
FOCUS: SUPER SKILL
You will take a deep dive into what makes you so unique and special, and how to use that to your advantage. Learn the key to authentically share your Super Skill with confidence and sincerity. Easily spot and utilize other team members’ strengths and diversity of thought to your strategic advantage.
FOCUS: PROFESSIONAL VALUE PROPOSITION
First you’ll dive into the ROI of Balanced Leadership and learn why knowing what you are really good at matters – a lot. You’ll learn how to identify commonly made mistakes in the workplace and how to avoid them. Men and women lead differently and knowing how to maximize the individual contributions of team members will put you firmly on a leadership track. Finally, we examine what makes you so special and what’s needed for you to achieve that next level of success.
FOCUS: CAREER ADVANCEMENT
In this final session we’ll eliminate self-doubt and you’ll learn how to speak with more confidence, gaining access to bigger opportunities. THE ACCOUNTABILITY TRACK
In this track we will review the workbook and homework. This track will prepare you for the master mind groups meetings.
