Free virtual health and wellness conference

Brough to you by Ingomu, the second virtual #bemoredays conference intends to provide participants with the health and wellness tools, and resources to thrive in the new year.

Hosted virtually on Friday, January 22 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. Mountain Time, participants will learn about the future of health and wellness, how to make healthy decisions, and develop new sustainable behaviors. They will discover how to combat stress and take care of themselves? And, uncover how to create meaningful relationships. Participation in the conference is free.

Opening Session focusses on the future of health and wellness and features Bestselling Author, Certified Speaking Professional, and Certified Management Consultant Joyce Gioia. Gioia has helped thousands of clients envision and create better futures. Gioia has spoken on seven continents, in 30 countries, in 47 of the United States, and regularly delivers keynote presentations for conferences throughout the world. Author of The Herman Trend Alert, she is often quoted in national media including TIME, National Public Radio, and Industry Week. She has earned three master degrees, including an MBA. As a Celebrity Futurist, she has appeared on television more than 70 times in the last four years. Last year, she was also Clinical Professor for Leadership and Innovation to college seniors on Colorado State University’s Fall 2019 Voyage for Semester at Sea. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC). Fewer than 60 people have earned this award, and she is only the 12th woman to achieve this honor. The Institute has also named her their Ambassador to the International Constantinus Award.
